Her Mindset Essentials was created from my own journey of becoming.As a woman, mother and entrepreneur, I know what it feels like to have big dreams while also feeling overwhelmed, uncertain or unsure of where to begin. I’ve experienced seasons that challenged my confidence, my mindset and even the way I saw myself—but through faith, personal growth and intentional action, I learned that becoming the woman you’re called to be starts from within.I created Her Mindset Essentials to give women the encouragement, clarity and practical support I know we sometimes need. This is a space where women can strengthen their mindset, rediscover their confidence, explore realistic ways to create income and take meaningful steps toward the life they desire.You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Not at all. Her Income Blueprint is designed for women who are starting completely from scratch. All you need is a skill, a knowledge area, or an idea — even if it feels small or ordinary to you right now. We will help you see its value and build from there.

Everything in Her Income Blueprint is live. You attend weekly group coaching sessions where you receive real-time feedback, ask questions, and work through your specific situation — not a generic template. There are no dusty modules to catch up on: just momentum.

Plan for two to three hours per week — one hour for the live session and one to two hours for the weekly action steps. We design each step to be realistic for women who have full lives, jobs, or families alongside this programme.

Yes. Her Mindset Essentials is specifically built for Canadian women. Our coaching, community, and practical examples are all framed around the Canadian market, opportunities, and context. If you are based in Canada, you are in exactly the right place.

That experience is more common than you'd imagine — and it often has nothing to do with you. Most programmes skip the mindset layer entirely, which is exactly why strategy alone falls flat. We begin there, and we do it live, with real accountability. Many of our best results come from women who tried other programmes first.
